1. Shipping Coverage & Timelines

  • We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 or more is applied with respect to the distance.

  • Any additional charges (e.g., remote area surcharges) will be clearly communicated at checkout.

 

3. Delivery Partners

We work with reputed logistics providers who comply with:

  • BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) packaging norms.

  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

  • Data privacy standards for secure handling of customer information.

 

4. Delays & Exceptions

  • In case of unavoidable delays (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), we will notify you promptly.

  • If delivery is delayed beyond 15 days, you may request a full refund as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

 

5. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery.

  • After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

 

6. Government Compliance

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019: Transparent shipping timelines and grievance redressal.

  • E-Commerce Rules, 2020: Clear display of shipping charges, estimated delivery, and return timelines.
