1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may return products under the following conditions:

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched—whichever is earlier.

After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery (if eligible).
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

If payment was made online, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No cancellation charges will apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
