At TreeCan, we strive to provide quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or cancellation based on the following policy.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may return products under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item is not part of our non-returnable items list (such as perishable goods or customized products).

 

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact us via our website or contact page with your order details.

  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 2 working days.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary based on payment providers.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) may not be refundable.

 

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable or consumable items.

  • Digital/downloadable products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched—whichever is earlier.

  • After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery (if eligible).

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

  • If payment was made online, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • No cancellation charges will apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we ensure fair cancellation terms and do not impose unreasonable charges.
