Yes! We deliver plants across most cities and towns in India.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track it from your TreeCan account.
Payments
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments.
Absolutely. Our payment gateway is 100% secure and encrypted to protect your information.
Currently, we do not offer COD. We’re working on making it available soon.
Returns
We ensure careful packaging, but if your plant is damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a free replacement or refund.
While we do accept returns, we kindly encourage our customers to consider the perishable and sensitive nature of live plants. Every plant is a living being, and minimizing returns helps reduce waste and protect the environment. Together, small mindful choices can lead to a greener planet.
